전이성 암이라는 건 알고 있는데 전이가 어느정도 되었는지 알고 싶어서 급하게 문의드립니다.

치료방향은 어떻게 될까요?

참고) 2016년 위암1기 판정받고 수술 후 완치판정받았습니다. 근데 다시 전이되는 경우가 있나요? 1기인데?

9.1 X 6 X 5 cm, RIGHT OVER, 6.5 X 4.5 X 3.3 cm, LEFT OVARY

( s/p total gastrectomy for tubular adenocarcinoma, poorly differentiated, with signet ring cell component of stomash: 16-S-085153 )

With 1) involvement of tubal mucosa, musxle layer and mesosalpinx

2) numerous lymphovascular invasion: present

A well-demarcated, ovoid mass ( 12 x 6 x 5 cm ) in left ovary

- Cut surface : yellowish white, solid, firim without necrosis or hemorrhage
