| 설명 | ◈단층촬영술이란 말은 그 부분을 층을 내서 촬영하는 기술을 말한다. 하지만 일반 X-선 사진기술로서 이 일을 하기는 어려우므로 대개 어떤 흐릿하게 보이는 병적인 부위가 있을 경우, 이 부분을 여러 부위에서 촬영하여, 이 병적인 부위만을 또렷하게 하고 다른 부위는 흐릿하게 하여 대조적으로 이 병적부위를 확대 조사하는 촬영방법이다. 이런 방식을 이용하여 현대의 컴퓨터와 접목시킨 것이 바로 컴퓨터단층촬영(computed Tomography, CT, CAT)으로써, 이것은 정말로 사람의 몸을 층을 내서 볼 수 있도록 되어 있다. 전산화단층촬영술은 일정량의 선상의 X-선속을 신체촬영부위에 투과시키고, X-선 검출기가 투과된 X-선양을 측정하여 컴퓨터에 의해 신체촬영부위의 각 점의 X-선 흡수율을 구해, 이것을 영상으로 재구성하는 것. 일반적으로 구별하기 어려운 부위에 대해서도 감별이 가능하다. 한편 양전자 방출 단층촬영술은 PET(positron emission tomography) 양전자방출방사선핵종을 자연생화학적 물질(예: 당, 지방산)에 결합시켜 신체에 주입하면, 이 핵종에서 나오는 양전자가 전자와 만나 서로 정반대방향의 두 개의 광자로 변한다. 이 광자를 두 개의 검출기로 측정하여 양전자 방출부위의 강도를 컴퓨터로 측정해, 신체단면의 방사선 핵종을 포함하고 있는 물질분포를 나타내는 영상을 만드는 방법. 핵의학적 진단방법의 하나. |
